In September this year, the Anti Over-loading Office of Guangxi released the Anti Over-loading Monitoring Station Construction Plan of Guanxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, stipulating that the whole region should build a set of standardized anti over-loading monitoring station. This plan will need about 96 billion Yuan, among which about 73.79 million Yuan will be used in 2005, 22.13 million Yuan in 2006.

According to the plan, the road inspecting stations is of three levels, that is, 18 key road inspecting stations(motorways), 26 less important road inspection stations (national and provincial highways) and 89 mobile stations (county and town roads).

Besides, the related departments are formulating the governing measures of Green Channel in Guangxi to strengthen the information exchange between communication, agriculture and security departments and solve the problems occurred in the operation of the Green Channel. They will define a range (list) of the fresh and live farm produces, improve the way of issuing and using Green Certification, strengthen the management and supervising of the certifications to solve the problems in managing Green Channels thoroughly.
