| Brief Introduction |
Feng Maorun, chief engineer of the P.R.C Ministry of Communications, and the representative of the Eighth National People's Congress. He has been in the design and research of railway and bridge engineering for 30 years.
He got his master's degree from Southwest Traffic University in 1968.6. He was a professor of Jilin University in 2001.5. In 2002.4, he was Doctoral Tutor of School of Traffic in Jilin University.
