| Brief Introduction |
| Dai Dongchang graduated in 1983 from the Speciality of Road Engineering of Shanghai Tongji University with a Bachelor’s degree. From 1996 to 1997, he was in the department of Land and Economy of Britain Cambridge University, and got his Master degree in economy. He served in the department of highway of the MOC, Britain Irving-William Consultant Corporation, the Representative Office in China of World Bank, and other institutions. |

- Evaluation of the Road Industry Development
- Highway Development, Management, Plans, and Strategies in China
- Research on Investment and Financing Policies for Road Construction in Western Areas
- Transportation Development Plans for the Development of Western Areas,
- Research on Road Construction Tax Policy of the Westward Area
- Construction Plans for National Major Highways
- Overall Layout for the Logistics Gardens in Yangtze Delta
- Research on Road Construction Debt Problem,
Among them, Research on Toll Road, Construction and Plan for National Major Highway, Research on Investment and Financing Policies for Road Construction in Western Areas have received the first, second, and third grade Provincal and Ministrial awards respectively. Since taking charge of clerical work of Planning and Research Institute of MOC in June 2003, he has brought forward a series of new ideas about development and reform, and plays a big role in all-around, coordinated and sustainable development of Planning and Research Institute.
