Henan implement throughly interlink tolling

By the end of February 2005, there are 14 sections of tolling road in Henan province, totaling 1422 km. It scheduled to implement throughly interlink tolling system by the end of 2005, making the length of tolling road reach to 2517 km.
Interlink tolling system are divided into three sections, center-branch center-tolling station. The temporary interlink tolling station take in charge of the work of split tolling. After the formal implementation of interlink tolling system, the temporary interlink tolling station will act as a off-site secondary data center when the provincial date center encounter force majeure facters. The management mode of the underconstructed provincial highway supervision center including provincial supervision center, section branch center and supervision management bureau. The responsibilities of the Highway Supervision Center are coordinating the management of highway in each province, collecting transport information, relieving transport pressure and improving  operation efficiency of the whole road network. It will also provide roadway real time imformation for drivers through broadcasting telephone or public network.
